Humidified ventilation. The best cooling for the summer.

Porinox has developed an innovative ventilation and humidification system for the fattening farm located in Sástago, Aragón, located on the banks of the Ebro River. This system, known as Airflow, represents the state-of-the-art in terms of cooling and environmental control.

The Airflow concept is materialized through cooling modules strategically located on both sides of the windows, both inside and outside the facility.

Inside, powerful fans with directional louvers are able to suck in up to 24,000 m³ /h of fresh, humidified air, while on the outside, AISI 304 stainless steel cooling modules, equipped with an advanced hydraulic system and a 15 cm thick cellulose layer, ensure optimum efficiency.

Airflow 's versatility is manifested in its ability to adapt to a wide range of window sizes, thanks to the ingenious channeling that adjusts the opening to the fan dimensions, thus providing a customized solution for each installation.

In total, 10 cooling and humidification units have been installed, evenly distributed with 5 units per bait house. These units are equipped with temperature control devices that coordinate the opening of windows with the operation of the Airflow systems, ensuring an optimal environment at all times.

Each Airflow cooling unit includes a powerful fan with a power of 0.55 kW, an integral cooler of dimensions 2.4x2x0.45 meters, and a 15 cm thick cellulose layer, carefully designed and selected to meet the demanding technical requirements of the project.

The Porinox engineering team has worked diligently to adjust and adapt the Airflow systems to the unique technical specifications of this cooling project, ensuring optimal performance and outstanding efficiency in the bait installation.
