The integral cooling module offers a comprehensive humidification and cooling solution because it has the water reservoir and all components integrated.
These cooling units are installed hanging with stainless steel brackets on the outside facade of the farm, adjusted to the size of the windows. The air passing through the cellulose panels, which are constantly moistened with fresh water, is cooled by the cross ventilation of the house. In this way, cooler air enters the building, with a higher humidity level and at the same time cleaner, purer and filtered of particles coming from the outside.
This modular chiller is designed for customers who require individualized cooling and humidification of their houses and who require the unit to operate independently in its own water circuit. The integration of all the hydraulic components in the module makes the water installation quick and easy, and it is only required to connect the water inlet to the buoy and connect the pump to the light.
Each of the integral modules incorporates the buoy that regulates the water inlet, the water tank, the water pump, the water circuit and the bleed valves. They are also equipped with two stopcocks to regulate the incoming water flow and the water circulating in the closed circuit to control water consumption.
We manufacture the integral modules combining different standard measures of (W) width, (L) length and (H) height. In this way, we can configure an endless number of sizes to adapt to the windows of each customer's farm. However, we also offer the possibility of customizing the measurements of each module.
