The eco cooling module offers a combined humidification and cooling solution. The eco modules have to be connected to each other, so that they share all hydraulic components.
These cooling units are hung with stainless steel brackets on the outside facade of the farm, adjusted to the size of the windows. The air is cooled by the cross ventilation of the house itself, which is passed through the cellulose panels constantly moistened with water. In this way, cooler air enters the hall, with a higher humidity level and at the same time cleaner, purer and filtered of particles from outside.
This modular chiller is designed for customers who need to cool and humidify an entire hall at the same time. With all teams working in series in a single shared water circuit. The fact of sharing the water circuit means that only the water inlet and outlet of each eco module needs to be connected to the next one.
With this system we manage to unify the water circuit of several modules. Centralising a single water tank (not included) and a single water pump (not included) in one point of the farm. The required flow rate of this pump must be calculated according to the quantity and length of all the eco modules in the circuit (0.5 m³/h x linear m).
The base of the eco module collects the water and takes it to the common water tank and then pumps it back, closing the cooling circuit. Each eco module has its own drain valve to clean possible accumulation of particles in the circuit.
We manufacture the integral modules by combining different standard measurements of (W) width, (L) length and (H) height. In this way, we can configure an endless number of sizes to adapt to the windows of each customer's farm. However, we also offer the possibility of customising the measurements of each module.
