TOLVA ELITE

The Elite Hopper is a fattening hopper for pigs., The robust and functional feed for on-farm feeding, designed for intensive and continuous use during the fattening phase.

It incorporates a 800 mm wide stainless steel plate, designed so that the food falls directly into the centre, favouring an efficient homogeneous intake and better feed utilisation.

The plate is manufactured by robotic welding, ensuring a continuous bonding, no water leakage, This improves hygiene and reduces maintenance. The hopper allows feeding between 35 and 40 animals, The project is adapted to the specific needs of the pig fattening phase.

It has a reinforced double tube system which facilitates access to water and improves animal behaviour at the feeding point. The 150 litre XL funnel provides greater autonomy and reduces the frequency of filling, optimising daily work on the farm.

In addition, the Elite Hopper features structural reinforcing gussets which stiffen the assembly and guarantee reliable performance under intensive use conditions, making it a hopper for fattening pigs designed for durability, hygiene and ease of handling.
